- Central Coast Guide:The Edge of the Great Bear. This is a magnificent guide to the Central coast by Reale Emond, Jon Dawkins, and Glenn Lewis
- Nanaimo Paddling Club Paddle Descriptions. This resource describes many of the possible day paddles in the area of the NPC ranging from Port Renfrew to Hornby Island.
- Gabriola Pass Current and Tide Tables. Click on the link to downlod the file created by Gary Davidson. This will be downloaded as an xlsx file. Click on the tabs at the bottom to see the data.
