Cooperative Courses 

Not all courses are cost-effective to offer during our Spring Training Program. Others just don’t mesh with our current COVID-19 protocols. No matter...we want to help you take the courses you're asking for anyway!

We've compiled a list of commonly requested courses, and negotiated club discounts that club members can use when booking these courses directly through our club partners. This season, expand your training - and support our wider paddling community!

  • Ocean River Sports offers members 10% off course rates when 1-2 members book together, and 15% off course rates when 3 or more members book together.  

Surf, currents or rock gardening course?
  • SKILS offers members 15% off Canadian course rates when three or more members book together.
  • Go Kayak offers paddling club members discounted pricing on surf and rock gardening courses.

Paddle Canada Sea Kayak Skills certification course?
  • Island Romer Adventures offers members 10% off course rates (Basic to Level 2).
  • SKILS offers members 15% off Canadian course rates (Levels 1-4) when three or more members book together.
  • Ocean River Sports offers members 10% off course rates (Basic to Level 3) when 1-2 members book together, and 15% off course rates when 3 or more members book together.   
  • BC Kayak Centre offers members 10% off course rates (Levels 2-3). ** This provider is not vaccinated.
